摘要
本文围绕高职院校开展职业生涯规划教育的现状及存在问题进行深入分析,提出高职院校辅导员为学生提供常态化职业生涯规划指导的可行性和独特优势,并在此基础上依托课程、第二课堂、日常教育管理服务等渠道探究高职院校辅导员开展常态化职业生涯规划指导的有效路径.
Abstract
This paper has deeply analyzed the current situation and existing problems of career planning education in higher vocational colleges.After putting forward the feasibility and unique advantages of regular career planning guidance,the paper,relying on courses,the second class and daily education management service,tries to explore the effective measures on what higher vocational colleges counselors should do to improve regular career planning guidance for students in higher vocational colleges.
