摘要
在高校思政教育的视角下,对辅导员开展协同育人的现实问题进行研究分析,提出辅导员在协同育人实践中根据工作内容不同,在思政教育、行为习惯培养、社会实践中,发挥着引领者、实施者、组织者的职能作用.
Abstract
From the perspective of ideological and political education in universities,this study analyzes the practical problems of counselors'collaborative education,and proposes that counselors play the role of leaders,implementers,and organizers in the fields of ideological and political education,behavior habit cultivation,and social practice according to different work contents in collaborative education practice.
