摘要

山西省"农村干部学历提升工程"的持续实施,是开放教育主动服务乡村振兴战略和基层党组织建设的重要举措.全过程全方位纾解学生学业心理压力,关系到就读农村干部的身心健康和教育教学的质量保障.本文从外部环境和个体因素两方面全面梳理学业心理压力的具体表现,以问题为导向,重点论述了落实教学过程、加强班级管理、分类施策干预三种纾解农村干部学历提升心理压力的办法和途径.

Abstract

The continuous implementation of the"Rural Cadre Academic Degrees Enhancement Project"in Shanxi province is an important measure for open education to actively serve the rural revitalization strategy and grassroots party organization construction.The comprehensive relief of students'academic and psychological pressure throughout the entire process is related to the physical and mental health of rural cadres and the quality assurance of education and teaching.This article comprehensively reviews the specific manifestations of academic psychological pressure from two aspects:external environment and individual factors.Guided by problems,it focuses on three methods and approaches to alleviate the psychological pressure of rural cadres in improving their academic qualifications:implementing the teaching process,strengthening the class management,and implementing the classified policy interventions.
