Research on the Development Status and Countermeasures of the Official WeChat Accounts of Higher Vocational Colleges in Shanxi—A Survey Based on Official WeChat Accounts of 48 Vocational Colleges
Based on the investigation of the current situation of the official WeChat accounts of 48 higher vocational colleges in Shanxi province,it is found that the registration and certification are not standardized;the tweets are of inferior quality;the interaction in the comment section is insufficient;the social influence of the official WeChat accounts awaits promotion.After analyzing the reasons,this paper proposes countermeasures from four aspects:deepening understanding,optimizing collaborative mechanism,enhancing service awareness,and being attentive to the actual needs of teachers and students,hoping to provide reference for the construction of the official WeChat accounts of higher vocational colleges in Shanxi Province.
