摘要
以"素质冰山理论"为基础,根据用人单位的实际需求,围绕人文素养、专业技能素养、实践创新素养的培养与提升进行了有益的实践尝试,以期为同类专业学生职业素养的培养与提升提供参考.
Abstract
Taking Quality Iceberg Theory as the theoretical foundation,according to the actual needs of employers,this paper conducts research on the training and promotion of humanistic literacy,skill literacy and innovation literacy for secretarial students,with a view to providing reference for the training of students majoring in the same field.
