高职院校劳动教育的现实困境及路径探索

摘要
目前,高职院校在开展劳动教育的过程中存在认知偏差、地位虚化、家校社协同发挥作用不明显等现实困境.因此,构建统筹协同机制,形成家校社全员育人大格局;遵循三大规律,将劳动教育贯穿人才培养全过程;多层次全方位开展劳动教育,有利于学生职业素养的养成与提升.
Abstract
Currently,there are realistic dilemma in implementation of labor education in higher vocational colleges,such as cognitive bias,status void,and inadequate synergy among families,schools and society.Hence,it is beneficial for the development and enhancement of students'professional qualities to establish a coordinated synergy mechanism and form an all-inclusive education pattern involving all parties,follow three laws of labor education and integrate it into the talent cultivation at all stages,and conduct multi-level and all-round labor education.
