A Study on Career Expectations of Students Majoring in Tour Guide in Higher Vocational Colleges and the Compliance of Employment in Tourist Attractions
Based on interviews with students,a questionnaire survey was conducted on students and graduates majoring in tour guide by using 20 index system of Richardson Scale.The results showed that students had low willingness to work in tourist attractions,their willingness decreased as their grade increased and the job in tourist attractions did not match the students'career expectations well.According to the paired sample t-test and IPA analysis,the development countermeasures are put forward from three levels:school,enterprise and government.
