通过阐释产教融合下高职酒店管理专业人才培养的重要性,指出了课程内容结构缺乏有序性、专业课程理念和模式较为落后、缺乏完善的产教融合培养体系等问题,提出了有效解决问题的办法和实施路径.
Abstract
By explaining the importance of talent cultivation of higher vocational hotel management majors under the industry-education integration,this paper points out the problems such as the lack of order in the structure of course content,the relatively backward concept and mode of the professional courses,and the lack of a perfect cultivation system for the industry-education integration,and puts forward effective solutions to the problems and the implementation paths.
