摘要
新时代以来,村党支部领办合作社以发展壮大新型农村集体经济、完善乡村"多元一体"现代化治理的独特优势,为乡村振兴注入强劲动力.然而在推进过程中,仍存在农村基层党组织引领力不足、合作社内外交困难续发展、农民群体综合素质偏低等诸多制约因素.为破解这一系列难题,提出以党建优化为核心提升为民服务能力、以规范运营为基础推进合作社健康发展、以互惠合作为原则激发群众内生动力的优化路径,从而稳步推进乡村全面振兴的新征程.
Abstract
Since the beginning of the new era,cooperatives led by village party branches have injected strong impetus into rural revitalization by developing and expanding a new type of rural collective economy and by improving the unique advantages of modernized"multi-dimensional and integrated"governance of the countryside.However,in the process of promotion,there are still many constraints such as insufficient leadership of rural grassroots party organizations,the internal and external difficulties to constrain the development of cooperatives,and the low comprehensive quality of farmers'groups.In order to solve the problems,enhancing the ability to serve the people based on the optimization of party building,promoting the healthy development of cooperatives based on standardized operation,and stimulating the endogenous motivation of the masses based on the principle of reciprocal cooperation have been put forward to steadily push forward the new journey of comprehensive revitalization of the countryside.
