Diagnostic value of serum miR-122-5p,miR-618 and miR-202 combined detection in primary liver cancer
Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of serum microrribonucleotide-122-5p(miR-122-5p),microrribonucleotide-618(miR-618)and microrribonucleotide-202(miR-202)combined detection in primary liver cancer.Methods A total of 118 patients with primary liver cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were included in the primary liver cancer group,and 120 patients with benign liver disease were included in the benign group during the other period,with 120 healthy physical examination subjects were included in the healthy control group.Clinical data of all the 3 groups were retrospectively collected.The serum levels of miR-122-5p,miR-618,and miR-202 of liver cancer patients in the three groups with different pathological characteristics were analyzed.The correlation between serum levels of miR-122-5p,miR-618,and miR-202 was analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis.The receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was drawn to analyze the diagnostic value of miR-122-5p,miR-618,and miR-202 alone and combined in primary liver cancer.Results The serum levels of miR-122-5p,miR-618,and miR-202 in the primary liver cancer group were lower than those in the benign group and the healthy control group,and the benign group was lower than that in the healthy control group(F=193.644,88.486,105.045,P<0.05).Serum levels of miR-122-5p,miR-618,and miR-202 were lower in patients with primary liver cancer aged≥60 years,TNM stage Ⅲ~Ⅳ,hepatitis B virus(HBV)infection and multiple tumors(P<0.05).The result of the Pesrson correlation analysis showed that the expression levels of miR-122-5p,miR-618 and miR-202 in serum were positively correlated(P<0.05).Primary liver cancer was included in the positive group,benign group and healthy subjects in the same period were included in the negative group.ROC curve analysis result showed that the predictive value of miR-122-5p,miR-618,and miR-202 alone and combined detection on primary liver cancer,the area under the curve(AUC)were 0.839,0.814,0.807,and 0.932,the sensitivity was 85.59%,84.75%,79.66%,and 88.98%,and the specificity was 75.00%,68.75%,70.00%,and 85.42%respectively.The combined detection was the highest.Conclusion The expression levels of miR-122-5p,miR-618,and miR-202 in the serum of patients with primary liver cancer decrease with the occurrence and progression of the disease.Combined detection is of high diagnostic value for primary liver cancer.
