Therapeutic effect of recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide on acute heart failure
Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide(rh-BNP)in the treatment of acute heart failure(AHF).Methods 97 cases of AHF patients admitted to Bengbu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected and grouped into 51 cases in control group and 46 cases in study group according to the order of admission. The control group was given conventional treatment, while the research group was treated with recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide in addition to conventional treatment. The clinical efficacy, cardiac function,N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the comparison group was 95.65%,higher than that of the control group 78.43%(χ2=6.179,P<0.05).After treatment, the level of left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)in the study group was higher than that in the control group, the level of left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVEDD)in the comparison group was lower than that in the control group(t=8.131,11.650,9.605,P<0.05).The level of NT-proBNP in the study group was lower than that in the control group(t=26.019,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the comparison group was 17.39%,higher than 9.80%in the control group, but With no Statistical significance(χ2=1.199,P>0.05).Conclusion The application of rh-BNP in the treatment of AHF is beneficial to improve cardiac function, promote the improvement of curative effect, and does not increase the adverse reaction.
