Effect of alteplase intravenous thrombolysis combined with butylphthalide injection in patients with cerebral infarction and its influence on hemorheology
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of alteplase intravenous thrombolysis combined with butylphthalide injection in patients with cerebral infarction and its influence on hemorheology. Methods 86 patients with cerebral infarction from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects, and randomly divided into two groups with 43 patients in each group. The control group was treated with alteplase intravenous thrombolysis, and the observation group was treated with butylphthalide injection. The two groups'neurological function, quality of life,Basel index(BI)score, hemorheology level and adverse reactions were compared. Results After7-14 days of intervention, the neurological deficits and daily living standards of both groups were improved. The NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the scores of SS-QOL and BI were higher than those of the control group(t=6.091,10.251,6.329,P<0.05).Hemorheology was improved in both groups after 7-14 days of intervention. The HSV,PSV,FIB,platelet distribution width, and platelet hematocrit in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(t=4.395,4.985,4.561,5.323,22.504,P<0.05);There was no statistical difference in the incidence of electrolyte disorders, hypotension, abdominal discomfort, rash, and nausea and vomiting between the two groups during the medication period(χ2=0.551,P>0.05).Conclusion Alteplase intravenous thrombolysis combined with butylphthalide injection in patients with cerebral infarction can reduce the nerve defect of patients, improve the quality of life, help to improve the level of hemorheology, and does not increase the incidence of adverse reactions, which is worth popularizing.
