Effect of Bailing capsule herapy on serological indexes in patients with type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy
Objective To explore the effect of Bailing capsule on the serological indexes in patients with type 2 diabetes peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods Retrospective selection of 100 DPN patients admitted to our hospital from August 2021 to August 2023,including 50 patients treated with methylcobalamin and 50 patients treated with Bailing capsules based on methylcobalamin treatment, were included in the observation group. After the completion of the first treatment course, evaluate the therapeutic effects of two groups and observe the changes in both groups before and after treatment, including nerve conduction indicators:motor nerve conduction velocity(MNCV)and sensory NCV(SNCV)of the median and common peroneal nerves.Serological indicators:C-peptide(C-P),insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1),cystatin C(Cys-C).Stress response indicators:White blood cell count(WBC),neutrophil percentage(NEUT),and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP).Results The observation group had a higher overall effective rate and better clinical efficacy than the conventional group(x2=4.332,P<0.05).After treatment, the MNCV and SNCV MN and CPN of the observation group were faster than those of the control group(t=17.497,7.066,10.015,8.803,P<0.05).After treatment, compared with the conventional group, the observation group had lower Cys-C levels and higher IGF-1 and C-P levels(t=7.781,11.957,5.480,P<0.05).The WBC,NEUT,and hs-CRP of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(t=6.342,6.723,12.171,P<0.05).Conclusion Bailing capsule can further improve the nerve conduction velocity of patients with diabetes peripheral neuropathy, regulate the serological indicators of patients, and reduce the degree of stress reaction.
