南海-北印度洋的大浪频率特征

为了深入分析南海—北印度洋的大浪频率,利用来自欧洲中期天气预报中心的 ERA interim 海浪再分析资料,统计了南海—北印度洋海域1979-2014年每月的大浪频率,并利用线性回归方法,分别计算了大浪频率在不同月份的长期变化趋势,以及大浪频率变化趋势的主导月份.计算结果表明:阿拉伯海的年大浪频率为10%~40%,明显高于孟加拉湾和南海;南海—北印度洋一半以上区域的大浪频率显著递增,趋势为0.03%~0.33%/a;一些零星海域的大浪频率显著递减,其余海域无显著变化;每年大浪频率发生变化的主导月份,南海为1,3,9月,孟加拉湾为7,9,10月,阿拉伯海为6,7,9月.
Characteristics of rough sea occurrence in South China Sea and North lndian Ocean
The annual and different monthly rough sea occurrence of the South China Sea and the North In-dian Ocean were presented,together with their long-term trends,based on the ERA-interim from Europe-an Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts (ECMWF)and linear regression method.Meanwhile,the dominant month of the rough sea occurrence was also analyzed.The maj or results are as follows:(1 )The annual rough sea occurrence in the Arab Sea is 10%-40%,noticeably greater than the Bay of Bengal and the South China Sea.(2)The rough sea occurrence in half area of the South China Sea and the north Indian Ocean exhibits a significant positive trend of 0.03%-0.33 %/a.(3)Only some scatter waters has decrea-sing trend,and other waters doesn't change signficantly.(4)The long-term trend of rough sea occurrence in the South China Sea is mainly dominated by January,March and September.The long-term trend of rough sea occurrence in the Bay of Bengal is mainly dominated by July,September and October.The long-term trend of rough sea occurrence in the Arab Sea is mainly dominated by June,July and September.
