摘要
为了通过预先维修提高军用电站的可靠性、安全性,提出了一种基于层次分析的军用电站健康状态模糊评估方法.依据专家经验,比较军用电站评估指标重要性,采用层次分析法获取评估指标的相应权重.在此基础上,根据需要进行变权处理,利用模糊评估和正态云模型构造模糊隶属矩阵,通过与评价指标权重运算得到评估向量,进而评估军用电站的健康等级.通过实例验证了方法的可行性,可为军用电站的预先维修提供技术支持.
Abstract
The pre-maintenance of military power stations based on health status assessment is of great significance in improving their reliability and safety.A fuzzy evaluation method for the health status of military power stations based on analytic hierarchy process is proposed.Based on expert experience,the importance of evaluation indicators for military power stations is compared.The analytic hierarchy process is used to obtain the corresponding weights of the evaluation indicators.On this basis,variable weight processing can be carried out as needed.Fuzzy evaluation and normal cloud models are used to construct a fuzzy membership matrix,and the evaluation vector is obtained by calculating the weight of the evaluation indicators,in order to evaluate the health level of military power stations.The feasibility of this method has been verified through practical examples,which can provide technical support for the pre-maintenance of military power stations.
