Experimental Study on Injectability of Coral Sand Materials from Islands and Reefs
To investigate the injectability of coral sand materials from islands and reefs,a series of or-thogonal tests on injection characteristics were conducted with superfine Portland cement grout.Taking the grouting stone rate as the criterion for assessing injectability, the influence of factors such as the com-pactness of coral sand, the water-cement ratio of the grout, the grouting pressure, and the pressure-hold-ing duration on the grouting stone rate was analyzed. The test results show that the sensitivity order of su-perfine Portland cement to the effect of coral sand grouting stone rate is as follows:grouting pressure,wa-ter-cement ratio, pressure holding time and compactness. With the multivariate linear regression analysis,a mathematical model was established between the grouting stone rate and various influencing factors, which can be used to predict the target value of the grouting stone rate. The fitting results indicate that the proposed model exhibits good linear correlation.
