Generation of Test Data for Embedded Software Interface Based on Protocol Model
With the widespread application of embedded software,interface testing for embedded soft-ware has become a research focus in the field of software testing.To address the issues of traditional inter-face testing,which relies on manual creation of test data and where testing tools lack generalized support,this research focuses on the design and generation of interface test data.A modeling tool for a generalized interface protocol frame format is designed to assist testers in constructing protocol frame formats.Based on this,the perturbation rules for data generation are further formulated to automatically generate test data.The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method can achieve automatic generation of test data for em-bedded software interface testing,enhancing testing efficiency and improving data accuracy and defect coverage.
