摘要

目的 建立HPLC法测定金嗓清音丸中丹皮酚和芍药苷的含量测定方法.方法 采用HPLC法,以依利特Hypersil ODS2(5μm,4.6 mm× 200 mm)为色谱柱,丹皮酚以甲醇-水(55:45)为流动相,检测波长为274 nm.芍药苷以乙腈-0.033 mol·L-1磷酸二氢钾溶液(15∶ 85)为流动相,检测波长为230 nm.流速均为1.0 ml ·min-1.结果 丹皮酚的线性范围为0.0427~0.6835μg(r=0.9997),平均回收率为98.7%,RSD为0.73%(n=6);芍药苷的线性范围为0.2084 ~3.3344 μg(r =0.9998),平均回收率为98.6%,RSD为0.96%(n=6).结论 此方法操作简便准确,重复性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制.

Abstract

Objective To establish a method for determination of paeonolum and paeoniflorin in Jinsangqingyin pills by HPLC. Methods HPLC was applied on a Hypersil ODS2 (5 μm,4.6 mm x200 mm) column. The mobile phase for paeonolum consisted of methanol and water(55:45) at a detection wavelength of 274 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 ml ·min-1. The mobile phase for paeoniflorin consisted of acetonitrile and 0.033 mol·L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution(15= 85) at a detection wavelength of 230 nm and a flow rate of 1 ml·min-1. Results The linear range of paeonolumand paeoniflorin was 0. 0427-0. 6835 μg ( r =0. 9997) and 0. 2084-3. 3344 μg( r = 0.9998 ). The average recovery of paeonolumand paeoniflorin was 98. 7% and 98.6%. RSD was 0. 73% and 0.96%. Conclusion This method is simple,accurate,reproducible and suitable for quality control of this drug.
