摘要

目的 探讨西洋参醇提取液对模拟高原环境暴露小鼠的抗疲劳作用.方法 100只雄性昆明小鼠随机分成5组(n=20),分别是溶剂对照组、红景天阳性对照组(0.87 g·kg-1)、西洋参低、中、高(0.29、0.86、8.6 g·kg-1)剂量组.小鼠在模拟海拔5000 m高原环境的低压舱中饲养,灌胃给药,对照组给予等量蒸馏水,连续灌胃10 d后,检测小鼠力竭游泳时间、血糖、血乳酸水平和肝糖原含量.结果 与对照组比较,西洋参低、中、高剂量组醇提取液显著延长了小鼠力竭游泳时间、升高了小鼠静息血糖,低、中、高剂量组显著降低了血乳酸曲线下面积,但高剂量组降低了肝糖原含量.结论 西洋参醇提取液具有在高原低氧环境下抗小鼠运动性疲劳的作用,尤以低、中剂量为佳.

Abstract

Objective To explore the anti-fatigue effect of Panax quinquefoiuml in mice under simulated plateau conditions.Methods 100 male KM mice were randomly divided into five groups (n =20):Salidroside,group(0.87 g ·kg-1),Panax quinquefoiuml groups at low(0.29 g ·kg-1),mid(0.86 g ·kg-1) and high(8.6 g· kg-1) dosage.All mice were fed at a simulated altitude of 5000 meters.After ten days of continuous administration,the swimming time,glucose and lactic acid concentration in blood and liver glycogen were determined.Results Compared with control group,the swimming time and blood glucose at rest were significantly increased at each of the tested concentrations (0.29,0.86,8.6 g ·kg-1) ; the area under the blood lactic acid curve was decreased at the concentration of 0.29 and 0.86 g ·kg-1,but there were no significant effects on blood glucose at exhaustion and 20 min after exhaustion.Liver glycogen was decreased in 8.6 g · kg-1 group.Conclusion Panax quinquefoiuml can postpone the onset of fatigue and accelerate recovery from fatigue.
