正交试验法优化红花注射液的醇沉工艺

目的:优化红花注射液的醇沉工艺。方法应用综合评分法-正交试验设计优化醇沉工艺条件。结果红花注射液提取液相对密度1.16(50~60℃),采用90%乙醇,以边搅拌、边喷入的方式加入至含醇量70%,在4℃条件下冷藏静置72 h,总黄酮损失率5.01%,除杂率59.36%。结论新工艺可行,适合生产。
Optimization of Alcohol Precipitation Technology for Safflower Injection with Orthogonal Test Method
Objective To optimize the alcohol precipitation technology for Safflower injection. Methods Ac-cording to the multiple guidelines grading method,orthogonal design was used to optimize the alcohol precipitation technology. Results The optimal technology was as follows:The relative density of extracting solution was 1. 16 (50-60 ℃),alcohol of 90% was added to the solution by stirring and spraying it at the same time until the alco-hol content of the solution was 70%,and the solution was kept in cold storage(4 ℃)for 72 h. The loss percentage of total flavonoids was 5 . 01% while the impurity removal rate was 59 . 36%. Conclusion This new technology is available and suitable for production.
