泌尿外科抗菌药物临床应用差异化指标的制定

摘要
目的 制定泌尿外科常见感染性疾病抗菌药物临床应用规范,确定抗菌药物临床应用差异化指标,促进抗菌药物合理使用.方法 回顾性随机调查分析福州总医院2014年300例泌尿外科住院患者病例的抗菌药物使用情况,结合相关部门规章及临床治疗指南,制定该院泌尿外科常见疾病抗菌药物临床应用规范.结果 该院泌尿外科住院病例实际抗菌药物使用率、Ⅰ类切口手术抗菌药物预防使用率、抗菌药物使用强度分别为85.70％、66.70％、64.91DDDs,制定的差异化指标分别为76.30％、33.3％、51.16DDDs.结论 科室差异化指标的确立对全院抗菌药物的临床应用管理起着重要作用.
Abstract
Objective To promote the clinical rational use of drugs,by formulating clinical application specifications on antibiotics for common infectious diseases and establishing differentiation indexes about the clinical application of antibiotics in the Department of Urology.Methods Data on the use of antibiotics among 300 cases of inpatients in the Department of Urology in our hospital.In line with the relevant laws and regulations and clinical our guidelines,clinical application specification on antibiotics for common infectious diseases were formulated.Results The rate of actual use of antibiotics and prophylactic antibiotics for type Ⅰ incision was respectively 85.70％ and 66.70％,while the intensity of the use of antibiotics was 64.91 DDDs.Three differentiation indexes were developed:76.30％,33.3 ％ and 51.16 DDDs.Conclusion The determination of differentiation indexes in a department can play an important role in the management of antibiotics in the whole hospital.
