Clinical Efficacy of Kangfuxin Solution Combined with Xinhuang Tablets in Treating Wisdom Tooth Pericoronitis in a Military Clinic
Objective To observe and analyze the clinical efficacy of Kangfuxin solution and Xinhuang tablets in the treatment of early wisdom tooth pericoronitis,and to provide data for seeking simple and effective clinical treatment regimens.Methods The 180 patients with early wisdom tooth peri-coronitis selected from grass-roots troops were divided into the observation group and control group accord-ing to the order in which the patients were treated.The extent to which local gingival flap edema,pain and overflow were controlled after treatment was compared between the two groups.Results The therapeutic effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of Kangfuxin solu-tion and Xinhuang tablets in treating pericoronitis is user-friendly and effective in reducing local edema,controlling inflammation and relieving pain,which should be made more accessible.
