摘要
目的 分析亚胺培南西司他丁诱发癫痫的因素,为临床安全合理用药提供参考.方法 检索中国知网和万方数据库收载的2012-2022年亚胺培南西司他丁诱发癫痫的病例报告并进行分析.结果 共收集12例不良反应报告,其中男性患者8例,女性4例,平均年龄(58.33±25.34)岁.癫痫发作最早出现于用药后6 h,发作次数最多5次.经停药或对症处理后均好转.结论 亚胺培南西司他丁可诱发癫痫,应引起临床高度重视;有高危因素者应加强药学监护,确保患者用药安全.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the risk factors for epilepsy induced by imipenem cilastatin and to provide reference for safe and rational drug use.Methods The case reports of epilepsy induced by imipenem cilastatin were collected from such databases as CNKI and Wanfang before being analyzed.Results Twelve case reports of epilepsy induced by imipenem cilastatin were collected,involving 8 males and 4 females with an average age of(58.33±25.34).Seizure occurred as early as 6 hours after medication,and the frequency of seizure was up to 5 times.After drug withdrawal or symptomatic treatment,all the patients were in better condition.Conclusion Epilepsy can be induced by imipenem cilastatin,which deserves much attention in clinic.Those at high risk should receive better pharmaceutical care to ensure the safety of medication.
