摘要

目的 采用近红外光谱技术建立麝香接骨胶囊的快速鉴别方法.方法 采集麝香接骨胶囊在12 000~4 000 cm-1谱段范围内的近红外光谱,利用OPUS 7.8光谱分析软件进行处理,采用一阶导数法建立定性模型、采用一阶导数加矢量归一法建立聚类分析模型、采用二阶导数法建立一致性模型.结果 建立的定性模型可以快速鉴别麝香接骨胶囊的真伪,聚类分析模型与一致性模型可以区分厂家.结论 本研究建立的模型为麝香接骨胶囊的鉴别、区分提供新的方法,为麝香接骨胶囊的生产工艺和产品质量控制提供参考.

Abstract

Objective To establish a rapid identification method for Shexiang Jiegu capsules based on near-infrared spectroscopy.Methods The near-infrared spectra of Shexiang Jiegu capsules within the range of 12 000-4 000 cm-1 were collected before being processed with OPUS 7.8 spectrum analysis soft-ware.The first-order derivative was used to establish a qualitative model and combined with the vector normalization method to establish a cluster analysis model.The second-order derivative method was used to establish a consistency model.Results The established qualitative model could quickly confirm the authen-ticity of Shexiang Jiegu capsules.The cluster analysis model and consistency model could distinguish the manufacturers.Conclusion The model established in this study offers a new method for the identification and distinction of Shexiang Jiegu capsules,which is expected to facilitate production and quality control of such capsules.
