摘要
目的 探讨临床药师在晚期非小细胞肺癌多学科协作诊疗中对新型抗肿瘤药物合理应用的促进作用.方法 通过临床药师参与3例典型晚期非小细胞肺癌病例多学科协作诊疗,经系统性分析和评价既往用药,优化临床用药决策,并从药物治疗的有效性、经济性、不良反应和患者用药依从性等方面进行药学监护.结果 3例患者均取得较好的抗肿瘤治疗效果,不良反应减轻,生存期延长,药物治疗费用较低.结论 临床药师参与抗肿瘤多学科协作诊疗,协助个体化精准用药,应兼顾治疗价值和药物经济性,关注医保政策,合理利用卫生资源,做好药学监护.
Abstract
Objective To explore the role of clinical pharmacists in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients.Methods A clinical pharmacist participated in multi-departmental diagnosis and treatment of three typical cases of advanced non-small cell lung cancer by recommending the best possible therapy,individualizing the treatment plan,and promoting pharmaceutical care.Results The treatment proved to be effective and well-tolera-ted in these patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Conclusion The participation of clinical pharmacists in the multi-departmental treatment of tumors can help ensure rational drug use and safety of medication.
