摘要
淋球菌是引起淋病的病原体,淋球菌对抗生素的耐药性不断增加,影响淋病的有效治疗.随着耐药淋球菌株的不断增加,其临床治疗难度也越来越大.本文就近年来对淋球菌的耐药进展、耐药机制、治疗研究等方面进行综述.
Abstract
Neisseria gonorrhoeae is a gonorrhea-causing pathogen.The resistance of neisseria gonorrhoeae to antibiotics is increasing,which adversely affects the treatment of gonorrhea.This article reviews the progress in research on drug resistance,mechanisms of drug resistance and treatments of gonococcal in recent years.
