摘要
分析我国静脉用药现状和存在问题,结合国内外管理策略和应用指南,提出改善我国静脉用药现状的措施.通过建立有效的监管机制、制定统一的指导原则、落实静脉用药准则、强化人员工作职能、完善人员培训教育等方面加强静脉用药监管,限制静脉输液过度使用、降低不合理用药现象,保障全民用药健康安全.
Abstract
According to the management methods and guidelines at home and abroad,the status quo of and potential problems with intravenous medications in China were analyzed while strategies to tighten the control of intravenous infusion were recommended:such as the establishment of an effective supervision mechanism,formula-tion of uniform guidelines,implementation of norms for intravenous drugs,strengthening of personnel functions,and upgrading of personnel training in order to curb the overuse of intravenous infusion,reduce irrational drug use,and ensure the health and safety of patients in China.
