摘要

巡诊是提升军队医疗机构为部队服务质量的重要方法和手段,某医院利用现代信息技术构建与医院信息系统形成弱关联信息化巡诊保障管理平台,应用实践了常态化巡诊保障模式,有效解决了当前巡诊保障药材审批和消耗登记流程繁琐、药物处方等诊疗记录不规范、账务不清晰、责权明细不到位造成审计高风险等问题,确保了巡诊流程的保密性、规范性、标准性、可追溯性及巡诊工作的常态化开展,提升了军队医疗机构靠前保障服务能力.

Abstract

Health care inspection is an important means to improve the service quality of military medical institutions for the troops.By using modern information technology,our hospital has established an informatized management platform for health care inspection that is weakly linked to our hospital infor-mation system so that a normalized mode of health care support is in place.This platform has helped to solve such problems as the complicated process of approving medicinal materials for inspection and registe-ring consumption,sub-standard drug prescriptions,ambiguous accounting,and inadequate details of responsibilities and rights that puts auditing at high risk.In addition,this platform can ensure the confi-dentiality,standardization,and traceability of health care processes and the normalization of inspection while improving the ability of military medical institutions to render services.
