Clinical Pharmacists'Participation in Consultation Analysis of Three Patients with Postoperative Fever after Surgery
Objective To explore how clinical pharmacists can establish effective thinking patterns during consultations over postoperative fever patients.Methods Clinical pharmacists recommended adjust-ment of treatment plans to clinicians and identified possible causes of fever after analyzing the conditions of the three postoperative fever patients in terms of treatment plans,adverse drug reactions and pharmacoki-netics of antibiotics.Results The advice given by the clinical pharmacist was adopted,and the patient's fever was managed.Conclusion Clinical pharmacists can assist surgeons in solving common problems relat-ed to postoperative fever and improve therapeutic effect by adjusting personalized medication plans for patients.
