Research Progress in Mechanism of Gastrointestinal Barrier Injury and Therapeutic Drugs in Burn Patients
The treatment of burn shock patients is one of the important tasks for medical rescuers.The mech-anism of gastrointestinal barrier injury after burn remains unclear.Gastrointestinal blood flow,gastric acid secretion,reperfusion injury and other factors have been confirmed to be involved.The main therapeutic drugs for gastrointestinal barrier injury after burn include antibiotics,glutamine and whole protein enteral nutrition,but the therapeutic effect is far from satisfactory.With growing research,new promising treatment options have gradually emerged.In order to treat burns more effectively,this paper reviews the mechanism,main drugs and emerging therapies of gastrointestinal barrier injury in burn patients.
