摘要
为加强军队医疗机构制剂室建设、增强制剂管理能力、提升制剂质量水平,本研究对制剂室年检中制剂室人员情况、房屋设施、仪器设备等关键要素进行分析,提出强化质量管理机构领导、贯通做实制剂工作全流程、体系完善制剂保障等建议,对军队医疗机构制剂室的发展及监管具有一定的参考意义.
Abstract
To produce better preparations in military medical institutions,enhance management,and improve the quality of preparations,this paper analyzed such key factors of annual inspection as personnel,facilities and instruments.A series of strategies was proposed,including strengthening the leadership of quality control organizations,integrating the process of preparations,and improving supply systems for preparations,which was expected to be of referential value for the development and supervision of preparations in military medical institutions.
