摘要
突发公共卫生事件药品应急保障体系的建设能够使我国公共医疗保障体系更加完善,也能够让防控药品的应急监管更加合理.本研究从我国突发公共卫生事件药品应急保障的优势、劣势、机会、挑战等4个方面入手,对突发公共卫生事件药品应急保障态势进行了详细分析,阐述我国药品质量及管理的水平,并提出了部分药品管理及供应中存在的问题;同时,以此为基础深入阐述了突发公共卫生事件药品应急保障的实践与构建策略,期望能够为医药行业从业人员提供参考,推动药品监管力度的提升与管理技术的优化,切实提高应对突发公共卫生事件的药品应急保障能力.
Abstract
The construction of the drug supply system for public health emergencies can not only improve the public medical healthcare system in China,but enhance the emergency supervision of drugs for disease prevention and control.This paper is intended to analyze China's ability to supply drugs in public health emergencies in terms of the advantages,disadvantages,challenges and opportunities,find out about the quality of drugs and level of management in China,and identify related problems.Based on this,the paper proceeds to explain the practices and strategies related to drug supply in case of public health emer-gencies in the hopes of providing reference for practitioners in the pharmaceutical industry,promoting drug supervision and optimizing management expertise so as to effectively improve the ability to supply drugs during public health emergencies.
