摘要
四妙方由黄柏、苍术、薏苡仁、牛膝4种药组成,具有清热利湿之功效,主治湿热下注所致的足膝红肿、筋骨疼痛等痹病.本文在中国知网、万方、维普、PubMed和EMbase等数据库检索了2018-2023年四妙方临床联合用药治疗痛风的文献,并进行整理与分析.结果显示四妙方与治疗痛风的化学药(别嘌醇、非布司他、苯溴马隆、秋水仙碱、非甾体抗炎药)联用能降低血尿酸水平,缓解患者关节肿痛,并有助于关节功能恢复.本文从增加疗效、提高总有效率、减少不良反应的发生等方面,对四妙方的临床研究进展进行综述,以期为四妙方的临床用药和进一步研究提供参考和借鉴.
Abstract
Simiaofang is composed of Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex,atractylodes rhizoma,Coicis Semen and Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix,The four medicines work together to clear heat and remove dampness.It is mainly used to treat arthralgia such as swelling of feet and knees,pain of muscles and bones caused by dampness and heat.In this paper,the literature on the clinical treatment of gout with Simiaofang published between 2018 and 2023 was retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,PubMed and Embase before being analyzed.The results showed that the combination of Simiaofang and chemical drugs(allopurinol,febuxostat,benzbromarone,colchicine,non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs)for the treat-ment of gout could reduce the level of serum uric acid,relieve joint swelling and pain,and contribute to the recovery of joint function.The research progress in applications of Simiaofang was summarized in terms of the curative effect,total effective rate and adverse reactions so as to provide reference for the clinical use and research of Simiaofang.
