摘要

目的 探讨临床试验信息化平台在医院药物临床试验药品管理中的应用.方法 开发并应用试验用药品信息化管理模块,加强药品的规范化管理,采用回顾性分析方法,比较应用信息化平台前后调配时间,随机抽取应用前(2021年3月至2022年3月,共565张)与应用后(2022年4月至2023年3月,共621张)的处方,比较应用前后处方差错率.结果 试验用药品在应用信息化平台管理后,调配时间明显缩短,处方的药品调配时间平均总用时从19 min缩短至6 min;不规范处方显著减少,不规范处方检出率由14%降至1.3%(x2=16.999,P<0.01).结论 应用信息化平台管理试验用药品,能够提高工作效率、降低差错,提升整体管理水平.

Abstract

Objective To explore the applications of the informatized platform for clinical experi-ments in the management of drugs under clinical trials in a hospital.Methods An digitalized management module for drugs under clinical trials was developed to standardize the control over pharmaceuticals.A retrospective analysis method was adopted to compare the time taken by drug dispensation before and after the application of the platform.Five hundred and sixty-five prescriptions given before the platform was used and another 621 ones given after the operation of the platform were randomly selected to find out about the percentage of substandard prescriptions.Results After the application of the platform,the aver-age time taken to fill one prescription was shortened from 19 minutes to 6 minutes,and the proportion of imperfect prescriptions decreased from 14%to 1.3%(x2=16.999,P<0.01).Conclusion Informationiza-tion of the management of drugs under clinical trials can improve work efficiency,reduce errors and enhance the overall level of management.
