摘要
目的 研究皮炎灵搽剂治疗慢性湿疹的临床疗效和安全性.方法 选取某医院门诊皮肤科慢性湿疹患者98例,随机分为2组.其中,皮炎灵搽剂组49例患者使用皮炎灵搽剂进行治疗;哈西奈德溶液组49例患者使用哈西奈德溶液进行治疗;均为每日2次,每次用量0.5 ml·cm-2.观察治疗前及治疗4、7、10、14 d后两组患者患处皮损面积、皮损程度、瘙痒程度及色素沉着程度等临床症状变化情况,判定临床疗效,并比较药物不良反应发生情况.结果 两组患者随着治疗时间的增加,其皮损面积、皮损程度、瘙痒程度、色素沉着程度均逐渐好转;皮炎灵搽剂对慢性湿疹皮损面积减少、色素沉着改善的疗效等同于哈西奈德溶液,对慢性湿疹皮损、瘙痒改善的疗效优于哈西奈德溶液.经过2个疗程的治疗后,皮炎灵搽剂组患者、哈西奈德溶液组患者的治疗总有效率分别为91.84%、81.63%,皮炎灵搽剂治疗慢性湿疹的临床疗效优于哈西奈德溶液(P=0.001).两组患者均未发生药物不良反应.结论 皮炎灵搽剂用于临床治疗慢性湿疹安全有效.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Piyanling liniment in the treatment of chronic eczema.Methods A total of 98 patients with chronic eczema were randomly divided into two groups.The Piyanling liniment group(n=49)was treated with Piyanling liniment while the Halcinon-ide solution group(n=49)was given Halcinonide solution.Both groups applied the respective treatment twice daily,at a dosage of 0.5 ml·cm-2 each time.Clinical symptoms,including the skin lesion size,skin lesion degree,pruritus degree,and pigmentation degree,were assessed before treatment and after 4,7,10,and 14 days of treatment.Additionally,the clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Both groups exhibited progressive improvements in the skin lesion size,skin lesion degree,pruritus degree,and pigmentation degree as the duration of treatment increased.Piyanling liniment demonstrated comparable efficacy to Halcinonide solution in reducing skin lesion areas and improving pigmentation in chronic eczema.Furthermore,Piyanling liniment showed superior efficacy in enhancing skin lesions and alleviating pruritus compared to Halcinonide solution.After two courses of treatment,the total effective rates for the Piyanling liniment group and Halcinonide solu-tion group were 91.84%and 81.63%,respectively.The clinical efficacy of Piyanling liniment in the treatment of chronic eczema was superior to that of Halcinonide solution(P=0.001).No adverse drug reactions were reported in either group.Conclusion Piyanling liniment is a safe and effective treatment for chronic eczema.
