摘要
目的 研究复配健味醋口服液的促进消化功能.方法 SPF级SD种雄性大鼠36只,随机分为4个剂量组,实验组高、中、低(10.00、3.33、1.67 ml·kg-1)剂量经口给予试药,溶剂对照组经口给予蒸馏水,开展胃液分泌量和胃蛋白酶活性实验;KM种雄性小鼠50只,随机分为5个剂量组,实验组高、中、低(10.00、3.33、1.67 ml·kg-1)剂量经口给予开展小肠运动实验,设置溶剂对照组和模型对照组给予等体积的蒸馏水.结果 用SD种大鼠和KM种小鼠连续灌胃给予健味醋口服液31 d和15 d,大鼠各周体质量、体质量增加值、摄食量和食物利用率未见显著变化.健味醋口服液高剂量组对胃液总量、胃液排出量、胃蛋白酶活性和胃蛋白酶排出量显著增加,对小鼠小肠蠕动缓慢模型具有明显推进作用;中剂量组对胃蛋白酶活性和胃蛋白酶排出量显著增加;低剂量组对胃蛋白酶活性显著增加.结论 该健味醋口服液具有消化功能促进作用.
Abstract
Objective To study the digestion promoting function of a compound Jianweicu oral solu-tion(JW)in mice and rats.Methods 36 SD male rats were randomly divided into 4 dose groups.Rats in the high,medium,low dose groups and solvent control group were orally administered with 10.00,3.33,1.67 ml·kg-1 JW,and distilled water respectively,whose gastric fluid secretion and pepsin were assayed.50 KM male mice were randomly divided into 5 dose groups.Mice in the high,medium,low dose groups,solvent control,model control groups were orally administered with 10.00,3.33,1.67 ml·kg-1 JW,and distilled water respectively before small bowel motility tests were carried out.Results No significant chan-ges in body weight,body weight gain,food intake or food utilization were observed in rats during the 31 days of gavage administration and in mice during the 15 days of gavage administration in any of the weeks.10.00 ml·kg-1 JW significantly increased the total amount of gastric juice,gastric juice discharge,pepsin activity and pepsin discharge in rats,and intestinal motility in mice.3.33 ml·kg-1 JW increased pepsin activity and pepsin excretion,1.67 ml·kg-1 JW increased pepsin activity in rats.Conclusion The compounded JW can help promote digestion.
