摘要
目的 探讨8S+2管理模式在某医院静脉用药集中调配中心管理中的应用效果.方法 该医院静脉用药集中调配中心于2023年7月开始实施新型的8S+2管理模式;以实施前为对照组,将8S+2管理模式前后的内部差错发生频次、护理质量控制查房评分、医药护患满意度评分进行比较.结果 静脉用药集中调配中心实施8S+2管理模式后,内部差错发生频次显著低于实施前(P<0.05);护理质量控制查房评分显著高于实施前(P<0.05);医药护患满意度评分显著高于实施前(P<0.05).结论 医院静脉用药集中调配中心结合8S+2管理模式能够有效降低内部差错,提升护理质量和患者满意度.
Abstract
Objective To explore the applicability of the 8S+2 management mode in pharmacy intra-venous admixture service(PIVAS).Methods The PIVAS of our hospital began to implement the new 8S+2 management mode in July 2021.The frequency of internal errors,scores of nursing quality control rounds and medical nurse-patient satisfaction scores before and after the adoption of the 8S+2 management mode were compared.Results After the implementation of the 8S+2 management mode in PIVAS,the frequency of internal errors was significantly lowered(P<0.05)while the score of nursing quality control rounds was significantly higher,so was the score of medical nurse-patient satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion Hospital PIVAS operating under the 8S+2 management mode can effectively reduce internal errors,improve the quality of nursing and improve the levels of satisfaction of medical nurses and patients.
