人参皂苷神经保护作用研究进展

摘要
人参皂苷是人参中的主要活性成分,具有抗神经炎症、抗氧化应激、抗凋亡和增强记忆力等药理活性.神经损伤疾病包括阿尔茨海默病、帕金森病、脑卒中等,现代药理研究表明,人参皂苷尤其是人参皂苷单体Rg1、Rb1可通过抗氧化、抑制炎症反应、保护神经元等防治阿尔茨海默病、帕金森病、脑卒中等神经退行性疾病,在神经保护方面展现出了良好开发应用前景.本文对近年来人参皂苷神经保护作用的研究进展予以综述,旨在为人参皂苷的开发研究提供参考.
Abstract
Ginsenosides are the main active ingredients in ginseng,which have pharmacological activities such as anti-neuroinflammation,anti-oxidative stress,anti-apoptosis and enhancing memory.Neurological injury diseases include Alzheimer's disease and Parkinson's disease,stroke.Modern pharmacological studies have shown that ginsen-osides,especially ginsenoside monomers Rg1 and Rb1,can prevent and treat neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzhe-imer's disease,Parkinson's disease and stroke by combating oxidation,inhibiting inflammatory response,and protec-ting neurons,showing a good prospect for development and application in neuroprotection.In this paper,the research progress in the neuroprotective effect of ginsenosides in recent years is reviewed,which is expected to provide a refer-ence for the development and research of ginsenosides.
