Focus Points and Policy Suggestions for the High-Quality Development of Service Industry Empowered by New Quality Productive Forces
After more than 40 years of reform and opening-up,the service industry has played an increasingly important role in economic development.In 2023,the proportion of added value of the service industry in GDP exceeded the sum of the proportion of primary and secondary industries,and the contribution to GDP exceeded 60%.With the transformation of the economic development mode,high-quality development has become the development goal of the new era.In view of the proportion of the service industry in the economy,promoting the service industry to achieve quality first,benefit priority is the overall economy to achieve high-quality development of the inevitable choice.Then,how to realize the high-quality devel-opment of the service industry?New quality productive forces is the inherent requirements and important focus point for pro-moting high-quality development.This paper starts from the perspectives of new quality productive forces,and on the basis of sorting out the connotations and characteristics of new quality productive forces and high-quality development of the service industry,explains the achievements and shortcomings of high-quality development of the service industry,and focuses on the theoretical logic of the new quality productive forces enabling high-quality development of the service industry,and puts for-ward that the new quality productive forces enabling high-quality development of the service industry focuses on the five di-rections of quality,digitalization,integration,greening,and internationalization.Finally,it puts forward the policy suggestions of strengthening the support of scientific and technological elements,strengthening the support of institutional elements,strengthening the support of digital economy,and strengthening the support of openness elements.
