Optimization Concept of Residential Ladder Electricity Price Considering Electricity Load
In recent years, the proportion of residential electricity load has gradually increased, and the growth of residen-tial electricity load is significantly higher than the growth of electricity consumption. In this situation, improving the tiered electricity pricing policy for residents to save electricity has become more urgent.Firstly,in the case where new energy accounts for a large proportion, saving electricity can bring greater economic benefits;Secondly, saving electricity can reduce electricity investment and optimize resource allocation. This article aims to address the issue that the current residential tiered electricity pricing policy does not directly reflect the demand for energy-saving electricity load or electricity consumption. It summarizes the implementation of residential tiered electricity pricing in China, analyzes the gradual weakening of the energy-saving effect of the current residential tiered electricity pricing, and the failure to reflect the more important energy-saving goals by dividing the levels according to electricity consumption.Exploratory proposals are made for a residential tiered electricity pricing scheme based on residential electricity load. The new plan combines the two part electricity price system with a single electricity price system, dividing the tiered electricity price levels according to the household electricity load and increasing them.Through price signals,it guides residents to save electricity, improve household electricity consumption and the load rate of the power system, and promote the optimal allocation of electricity resources.Using a certain province as an example, verify the rationality and operability of the proposed residential tiered electricity pricing scheme in this article.Based on this, the current tiered pricing standards for residential electricity should be adjusted from electricity consumption to the maximum load of residential electrici-ty,and technical conditions such as smart meters for residential electricity should be improved to reduce the burden on the power system and achieve the goal of energy conservation.
