Research and Practical Application of Pricing for Newly Added Medical Service Items——Based on the experience and exploration of pricing reform for newly added medicol service items in Guangzhou
With the continuous deepening of the reform of the"Three Medical Systems",the government has delegat-ed pricing authority to some medical service projects.Medical institutions implementing autonomous pricing needs to care-fully adopt appropriate pricing methods and establish fair and reasonable project prices.For ordinary new medical service pricing items,medical institutions can directly price them by judging the project attributes and combining them with the pro-ject type;For new medical service price items with complex price relationships and with high value consumables that cannot be charged separately,medical institutions can establish reasonable price comparison relationships to price different new items and new items similar to current projects,and price them through reasonable packaging and charging methods.Suggestions are made:Further establish and improve the pricing management system for self pricing projects;Enhance the pricing deci-sion-making ability and level of medical institutions;Strengthen monitoring and analysis of new medical service projects;Regulatory authorities should strengthen the supervision of medical institution fee behavior and improve the ability and level of price supervision and guidance.
