Residential Satisfaction about Affordable Rental Housing of Youth in Big Cities and its Influencing Factors——Analysis based on the survey data from Tianjin
Affordable rental housing is a breakthrough in solving the housing problems of new citizens,young people,and other groups in large cities.Taking Tianjin as an example,based on field research,this study analyzes the key factors that af-fect the satisfaction of young people with affordable rental housing in large cities,in order to provide a policy reference for bet-ter development of affordable rental housing.Research has found that the satisfaction level of youth affordable rental housing in Tianjin is"general satisfaction",and young rental residents have a higher level of satisfaction with facility configuration,services,and policy perception.In response to several indicators of low satisfaction among young rental households,it is proposed to im-prove the living satisfaction of youth affordable rental housing in Tianjin through multiple methods such as optimizing building materials,optimizing housing site selection,moderately developing larger housing areas,optimizing unit design,reasonable pric-ing,and strengthening community governance.
