长江经济带沿线港口运行效率研究

港口作为连接水陆运输和货物中转的关键节点,其运行效率影响着现代物流供应链的流通效率.本文以长江经济带沿线12个主要集装箱港口为实证分析对象,选取岸线长度、泊位数量、堆场面积为投入指标,集装箱吞吐量和货物吞吐量为产出指标,运用超效率SBM-DEA模型测度长江经济带港口运行效率,并构建Tobit模型进一步分析港口运行效率的内外部影响因素.结果表明:长江经济带港口整体运行效率呈增长趋势,港口整体运行效率和集装箱港运行效率分别在2014年和2017年达到峰值.在长江经济带港口运行效率影响因素分析中,港口货物吞吐量、集装箱货物吞吐量、港口城市GDP、港口城市第三产业占比对港口运行效率有显著正向影响,其中港口城市第三产业占比影响最为显著.基于此,应推进长江经济带沿线港口规模化、协同化发展,提高港口运行效率;调整产业结构,促进内外贸一体化发展;壮大腹地经济,促进港口与产业的良性互促.
Relationship Model of Influencing Factors of Port Operation Efficiency in Yangtze River Economic Belt
As a key node connecting land of water transportation and cargo transshipment,the operation efficiency of port affects the circulation efficiency of modern logistics supply chain.This paper takes 12 major container ports along the Yangtze River Economic Belt as the empirical analysis objects,selecting shoreline length,number of berths,and yard area as input indi-cators,and container throughput and cargo throughput as output indicators,and the super-efficient SBM-DEA model was constructed to measure the port operation efficiency.The Tobit model is constructed to further analyze the quantitative relation-ship between internal and external influencing factors of port operation efficiency.The results show that the overall port operation efficiency in the Yangtze River Economic Belt shows an increasing trend,and the overall port operation efficiency and container port operation efficiency reached their peaks in 2014 and 2017,respectively.Among the factors affecting the efficiency of port operation,the port cargo throughput,container cargo throughput,port city GDP,and the proportion of the tertiary industry have a significant positive influence on the port operation efficiency,of which the tertiary industry has the most significant influence.Therefore,scaled and collaborative development of ports along the Yangtze River Economic Belt should be promoted to im-prove port operation efficiency,adjust the industrial structures to promote integrated growth of domestic and international trades;strengthen the hinterland economy and promoting mutual advancement between ports and industries.
