Ecological Industrialization in the Yellow River Basin:Value Implications,Practical Approaches,and Future Exploration
The ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin are important regional development strategies in China.Industrial ecologization is an industrial development model aimed at economic growth,eco-logical balance,social harmony,and improving people's livelihoods,with green,low-carbon,and circular practices as its fun-damental requirements.Through an analysis of the value implications of industrial ecologization in the Yellow River Basin,this article argues that industrial ecologization is an effective measure for the ecological protection and high-quality development of the region.The challenges faced by industrial ecologization in the Yellow River Basin include a heavily burdened and fragile ecological environment,low levels of industrial ecologization,lagging development of emerging industries,and insufficient support from technological innovation.Based on this,efforts should be made to systematically strengthen the coordinated pro-tection and governance of the ecological environment,promote industrial transformation and ecologization,and continuously enhance innovation support capacity,thereby contributing to the realization of the goal of industrial ecologization in the Yellow River Basin.
