Theoretical Mechanisms and Path Optimization of Empowering High-Quality Industrial Development through Digital Economy——Analysis from the perspective of green and low-carbon industry transformation
The digital economy,as a new economic form,holds significant strategic importance in promoting the green and low-carbon transformation of economic development.This article comprehensively analyzes the theoretical impact mech-anisms through which the digital economy empowers high-quality green development from four dimensions:digital industri-alization,industrial digitization,the marketization of data elements,and digital governance.In this context,digital industrializa-tion focuses on low-energy data as its core,broadening new fields for green high-quality development;industrial digitization,supported by algorithms,leads new pathways for green high-quality development;the marketization of data elements is key to stimulating new vitality for green high-quality development;and digital governance,based on efficiency,creates a new envi-ronment for green high-quality development.Based on this,the article examines the shortcomings in empowering green high-quality development through the digital economy in China,including lagging digital infrastructure construction,the digi-tal development"gap,"and the spatial misallocation of factors in empowering the digital economy for green high-quality de-velopment.To address these issues,the article proposes optimization strategies such as bridging the gaps in digital infrastructure construction,enhancing regional coordination of digital economy development,strengthening classified guidance tailored to lo-cal conditions,and improving government governance capabilities,providing references for enabling green high-quality devel-opment through the digital economy.
