Research on Innovation Performance Evaluation of China's Charging Pile Industry——Analysis of combinatory-weighted TOPSIS algorithm based on game theory
Charging pile is one of the seven areas of"new infrastructure",which has an important role in promoting the development of new energy industry and the realization of the"double carbon"goal.In this paper,the innovation performance evaluation index system of charging pile industry is composed of innovation input,innovation output and innovation environ-ment support.A creative combinatory-weighted TOPSIS algorithm based on game theory is proposed to evaluate the innova-tion performance comprehensively of 17 charging pile listed companies from 2019 to 2021.The research shows that the overall innovation efficiency of the charging pile industry has been improved,but the innovation performance is uneven and there are significant differences,indicating that the innovation performance of the charging pile industry still has a large room for im-provement;The education background of R&D personnel,R&D investment and R&D capitalization rate have significant ef-fects on the innovation performance of charging pile enterprises;Financial support and preferential tax policies stimulate the in-novation vitality of charging pile enterprises and improve the level of innovation performance.Therefore,the government should continue to optimize the fiscal support policy,increase financial support and tax incentives;Enterprises should continue to increase investment in innovation activities,especially in research and development of core technologies.
