Cold chain logistics undertakes the tasks of transportation and distribution of fresh agricultural products from the origin or merchants to consumers,which meets the purchasing needs of consumers and the quality of cold chain logistics.Based on the technical categories and empowerment analysis,the paper analyzes the quality requirements of technology em-powerment in cold chain logistics from the aspects of technology investment and efficiency,technology application and quality standards,technology management and cost management,technical integration and price requirements.Research shows the ways of quality improvement of cold chain logistics for fresh agricultural products from the aspects of focusing on measuring technology needs,analyzing technology investment accurately,strengthening comprehensive application of technology,opti-mizing cold chain logistics models,enhancing cold chain technology analysis,systematically managing cold chain costs,empha-sizing technical practice management,optimizing cold chain logistics routes,enhancing information technology application,and efficiently managing cold chain information.The aim is to improve the quality of cold chain logistics for fresh agricultural prod-ucts and enhance management efficiency.
