Agricultural Cooperation between China and Latin America under the Century long Changes:Development Trends and Future Prospects
Agricultural issues are an essential area of cooperation between China and Latin American countries,and agri-cultural cooperation is increasingly becoming a new model for coordinated development between China and Latin America.The current agricultural cooperation between China and Latin America is becoming increasingly diversified in terms of partici-pating entities,product types,and cooperation channels,presenting new trends in agricultural trade,agricultural investment,technology cooperation,and other aspects.In the face of the intertwined evolution of global crises such as the CO VID-19 and the Russia-Ukraine conflict,China Latin America agricultural cooperation faces multiple risks and hidden dangers in the aspects of climate change response,geopolitical risk spillover,influence of intra regional political factors,as well as industrial chain,technical division of labor,enterprise internationalization and other links.Therefore,facing unprecedented changes,China should work with Latin American countries to strengthen cooperation in infrastructure construction,geopolitical risk assessment,and the application of multilateral rules,and promote the continuous strengthening of agricultural cooperation between China and Latin America.
