"双碳"背景下,源网荷储一体化项目成为提升新能源消纳与推动新型电力系统建设的重要方向.本文分析了源网荷储一体化的投资运营模式,充分考虑一体化项目的特点,提出了改进的Shapley值利益分配模型,并对模型的有效性与合理性进行验证.结果表明:改进后的利益分配模式能够满足不同投资主体的基准收益率,且充分考虑了投资占比、风险大小、社会责任及管理等因素在源网荷储一体化项目利益分配中的影响,为推进源网荷储一体化项目建设,构建新型电力系统提供有益参考.
Research on Benefit Allocation of Source Network Load Storage Integration Project Based on Improved Shapley Value
Under the background of"double carbon",the integration of source source,grid,load and storage projects has become an important direction to enhance the consumption of new energy and promote the construction of new power sys-tems.This article analyses the investment and operation mode of integrated source,grid,load and storage projects and proposes an improved Shapley value benefit allocation model after considering the characteristics of integrated projects,and verifies the validity and rationality of the model.The results indicate that the improved benefit distribution model can meet the benchmark return rates of different investment entities,and fully consider the impact of factors such as investment proportion,risk size,so-cial responsibility,and management on the benefit distribution of integrated source grid load storage projects.This provides useful reference for promoting the construction of integrated source grid load storage projects and building a new type of power system.
