Hotspots and Evolutionary Trends of Grain Supply Chain Research in the Digital Economy Era——Bibliometric analysis based on CiteSpace
The food supply chain plays a key role in ensuring national food security.The digital economy injects new momentum into improving the resilience and security of the food supply chain.This paper takes 897 articles related to the food supply chain,sourced from CSSCI journals and core Chinese journals in the CNK1 database,as the research sample.Using the CiteSpace visualization software,trend graphs,co-occurrence maps,and word frequency maps were drawn to analyze the re-search patterns and trends in this field from 2001 to 2023.The study finds that food-related issues have been a continuous focus of scholarly research.With the increasing application of digital technology in various stages of food production,distribution,and sales,along with the establishment of a new national food security perspective and the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,topics such as the digital economy,digital agriculture,digital villages,rural revitalization,and food security have been incorporated into food supply chain study.This has resulted in interdisciplinary integration,leading the food supply chain to-ward digitalization,intelligence,and comprehensive collaborative innovation.Based on these findings,it is recommended to enhance the resilience of the food supply chain by adopting a holistic food perspective,strengthening technological innovation,promoting interdisciplinary integration.
